In june 2011, we had 12 pairs of over sized R clips mixed in with the regular size R clips. These over sized clips cannot fit into the pin holes on the shaft. Perfect! It actually performed higher within the sand than on the pavement with the balloon tires. I can strive to inflate the tires to the max next time. I kept them inflated in the center of the posted 'limit' - nice and squishy. I had it 'loaded' with a large cooler, chair, umbrella, fishing poles and different gear! Well made equipment that folded and thrown it the back seat when a protracted haul to and from the beach.
PS. Another set of wide flat tires were included but one among them was broken therefore I don't apprehend how they'd perform. I actually have not had time to follow up on obtaining a replacement.
June 17- needed to follow up on the broken wheel mentioned higher than. The company VERY PROMPTLY replaced the wheel with fully no problem and no charge. I still haven't tried it out because the 'balloon' tires are therefore AWESOME, I love my cart! My beach journeys are SOOO abundant better.
